This quaint nearly 700 sq ft cottage has an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling that creates a spacious and comfortable environment. Amazing location! You can spend the entire week relaxing on the deck under the umbrella and leave your worries behind... There are boat tours, fine dining, fishing, all within a very short walk. Bring your bikes and explore the beauty that Saco Bay has to offer! June 13th through August requires a 1-week minimum stay. Enjoy a long pre-season Spring weekend stay or more from April 21st through June 13th or post-season Fall stay from September 7th through October 25th! Sorry NO pets allowed.
Amenities include a 50" flat screen 4K Smart TV - Ultra High Definition, wireless 2G Fidium fiber secure internet, YouTube TV with 85+ channels, air conditioning, a large oversize kitchen sink to help clean those huge lobster pots, a sleeper sofa, love seat, two bedrooms, breakfast nook, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, gas stove, gas heat if needed, washer, dryer, full size tub shower combo. The windows on the rear porch provide a panoramic view of the water, a large, attached deck with umbrella, and gas grill. All beds and sleeper sofa are full size. We provide pillows and blankets, but you must bring your own bed linens and towels as they are not provided, although available. We believe that you will definitely want to come back next year, and we will warmly welcome you.
Property is located in the old fishing village of Camp Ellis. Access to numerous State Parks, Portland, Kennebunk Port, Sebago Lake, Biddeford Pool are all within a pleasant 3/4-hour drive. Families return year after year for the great atmosphere and fun of a true Maine ocean village. Huot's, (seasonal) a restaurant since 1935, this notable establishment is also at the end of the street, enjoy their takeout on the deck. Of course, a local lobster pound is within short walking distance.
